Possession Charges (To Be Paid At The Time Of Intimation Of Offer Of Possession)

  • Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit (IFMS): INR 50/- per sq. ft.
  • One year advance Maintenance Charges, One Year Advance Club Usage Charges, Water and sewerage connection charges on proportionate/ pro-rata basis, Electricity Connection Charges in relation to common area of the project on proportionate/ pro-rata basis, Charges and related expenses by Indraprastha Gas Ltd. or other competent agency for enabling supply of Piped Natural Gas on proportionate / pro-rata basis & Stamp duty, Registration fee and other related charges for execution and registration of Sale Deed.
  • Timely payment of installments is the essence of the Allotment/Agreement. For any delay in payment, an interest shall be charged at the rate prescribed in UP RERA rules i.e. Annual MCLR (Marginal Cost of Lending Rate) on home loan of State Bank of India + 1%.
  • It is the responsibility of Buyer to deduct applicable TDS as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 2025. The amount deducted as TDS shall be credited to the account of the Allottee/Buyer only on submission of relevant TDS certificate to the Promoter within the prescribed time frame.
